The room for my father's Everett Firefighter Retirement banquet held on Feb 2, 2019 in the Orca ballroom was exactly as in the picture and excellent in a quiet location. The service was extremely comfortable and efficient with friendly and helpful staff. The location seemed too crowded and in the middle of nowhere, lacking good dining options. The dining experience was delicious, especially at the café by the registration desk. The facilities were in service and showed potential.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and I especially loved the showers and the robes. The service was top-notch, with everyone being super friendly and helpful.
